2024 Appalachian Trail Sale Results:

  • 61 out of 67 lots sold for an unofficial total of $147,650 and unofficial average of $2,420.49
  • There were 24scratches and 2 POs
  • Top 10 lots average: $5,805
  • Top 25 lots average: $3,894
  • With this being the 11th sale of 2024 to be included in our Hired Hand Live Trends & Averages series, the 2024 Annual Average to date is $6,168.18
  • The sale average without the highest lot ($10,500) and the lowest lot ($800) included is $2,311.02.

  • 0-2 year olds: $2,270 (25 head)
  • 3-5 year olds: $2,300 (19 head)
  • 6-10 year olds: $3,071 (14 head)
  • 11+ year olds: $1,400 (3 head)
